Dad gave Paulo a toy plane to fly

around the garden.

"I want to fly like that!" he said.

He put on his flying clothes,

and he jumped on the trampoline.

"I'm flying!" he shouted.

Dad pushed Paulo high on the swing.

"I'm flying up to the sun!"

he shouted.

He let balloons go, and he watched

them fly away above the trees.

"I want to fly up there!" he said.

When Paulo got older, he had

a kite that flew above the park.

"I want to fly up there with

the birds!" he said.
